Our farms are located between Brindisi, Grottaglie, Leporano and Taranto, areas which are characterised by a climate and soil that make them perfect for olive oil production. With the renovation of our large olive oil estate we have created an organic oasis where the traditional Apulian cultivars Ogliarola and Coratina can be found alongside Leccino, Frantoio, Cima di Melfi and Nocellara del Belice. Other prized varieties such as Maurino, Moraiolo, Cipressino, Fs17 and Picholine complete our output. Our plants has been set up in accordance with modern standards and intended for mechanized management. The use of adjustable-frequency vibrators for harvesting allows the olive, which never touches the ground at any point, to arrive, still whole, at the mill where it is very quickly crushed. The extraction of the oil happens continuously: stainless steel, the only material with which the paste comes into contact, guarantees maximum hygiene and lower temperatures ensure the quality and long shelf life of the product.
